Term and Condition

• The guarantee card is valid for 7 days after the product is received.

• Returns and exchanges apply to shoe size only. 

• The sole must be clean and unused. 

• All delivery costs will be charged to the customer.  

• Fill in the guarantee card that comes with the product. 

• Customers must use the PATRIS shoe box when returning the product. 

• Customers are required to purchase the handling fee, which is available on our site. 

• After the exchange process is completed, customers are required to leave a 5-star review in the review section.
