Do I need to create an account first before ordering?

The simple answer is no, you don’t have to. You can still place an order as our guest and track your order by clicking the profile icon. However, we highly recommend creating an account.

What’s the benefit if I make an account here?

The biggest advantage is receiving a special voucher discount from us. Creating an account will also simplify your buying process, as you won’t need to fill in your details every time you’re making an order.

How can I create an account?

Super easy! First, go to the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, then click “Daftar.” Next, fill in your details and make sure the email address you enter is correct, as you’ll need to verify your account via email. After entering your verification code, you’re ready to shop anytime.

What shipping expedition is available here?

Right now there are five delivery services that we use.

How long will it take to ship to my addres?

We can’t estimate the exact delivery time, as it depends on your location. For your reference, all our products are shipped from Bogor, West Java.

Can I pay using QRIS?

Absolutely!! Other than QRIS we also eceive payment through, Virtual Account, Akulaku, Alfamart, OVO and Debit/Credit Card.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order? 

Don’t worry, as long as you make your purchase through our official website, official resellers, or official marketplaces, we’ll be able to help provide the best solution. Please let us know by contacting our support team here.

If I put the wrong address can I still change it? 

Once your order has been processed by the system, you can’t change the shipping address. However, if you haven’t completed the checkout process, you can still update it.

Can I exchange my shoe size after I receive my order?
